This piece is part of the “deconstructing” objects series. These objects stem from the idea of modifying geometries to give life to more organic, curved, and balanced objects. In the case of this piece, the deconstruction and reconstruction of the piece are done through cuts of a circular and tubular geometry, assembled in different positions to interrupt its geometry and shape it into something more natural, with movement, almost lifelike. Its shape resembles that of a resting swan.
The sculpture is entirely decorative. It is made of artisanal clay, sourced from a farm near the city where the the Mirrón Studio workshop is located, and fired at 1180 degrees Celsius.
The piece comes in 4 colors: cream, oxidized, cream with cobalt, and black.
