“Past Green Story” narrates a period in the life of its creator, Leo de Carlo. Through symbolic elements that de Carlo creates with the art of mirror engraving, it is possible to transform the flow of thoughts that accompanies everyday life into reflective material, freezing them and making them tangible in this work with a pop vein, a poetic code of the designer and artist.
Made in a single piece, “Past Green Story” has the particularity of being obtained from a block of oxidised copper, inside which glass elements engraved by hand by the artist himself are set.
“Past Green Story” is a way to think about one’s past through a memory made into an object.
