This limited edition hand-built ceramic Matcha bowl was created in partnership with Adorno X Silence Please, a New York-based listening bar in Manhattan, celebrating the tradition of Matcha tastings throughout design week in New York. The Matcha bowls were created by Ethan Streicher, founder of Streicher Goods, a Brooklyn-based studio creating handcrafted ceramics furnishings. These tapered, hefty bowls are inspired by the appreciation of imperfection, transience, and quiet beauty. The highly reflective and textural green interior of each piece references the bright, varying colors of Matcha contrasted against a soft, matte black glaze.
