Razvan, a motion graphic designer, creates evolving digital forms that become the blueprint for these mirrors. Irina, with her expertise in functional art, transforms these eclectic designs into physical objects using 3D printing technology with PLA and resin. Each mirror in this collection represents a frozen moment of digital transformation, offering a unique visual experience. Accompanying animation videos illustrate the evolution from digital art to physical mirrors, showcasing the fluidity between virtual and real worlds. This project is a collaborative effort between Irina Flore and Razvan Flore, bringing together their distinctive skills in a harmonious blend of creativity and innovation.

About Studio Flore Visit Showroom →

Irina Flore is a multidisciplinary designer and the founder of Studio Flore, a design studio focusing on design research, functional art objects, and innovative products. Irina received her MFA and BFA in Design, graduating from Haute école des arts du Rhin, Strasbourg, France. She started working as an assistant designer in the Studio Sebastian Herkner in Frankfurt, Germany, where she worked on notable projects.Irina's design practice focuses on functional art -everyday objects. The statement pieces that Irina likes to design are objects that tell a story. Each design has an elaborated process with research on material, form, and function. The fabrication and the process is essential aspect of the narrative of her designs. She collaborates with artisans, and this is a significant part of her practice because she grew up in a family of craftspeople in a small town in Romania. Her design practice focuses on advanced technologies but also on old traditions and crafts.
