From the Artists: We often record our daily lives and emotions, but these reflections might not always be genuine. They may represent what we hope to be or how we want others to perceive us rather than our true selves. I find that my true self is revealed in my dreams, where I can be relaxed, anxious, or wandering unconsciously. This is where I truly identify and understand myself.
Dreams are often chaotic and illogical, jumping from one scenario to another without a coherent storyline. Yet, each dream has a core theme, like searching for an exit through seemingly random places.
The furniture and objects we create may not resemble traditional pieces. They might look like a cluster of mushrooms, a tulip, or a flock of sheep. However, they are still functional furniture and objects, or at least, that’s how we see them.
