Description

The “Cornice Supreme – PU re-edition” is a collection of lamps that derives from the reinterpretation of the standard polyurethane cornice.
Taking the cornice’s shape as the departure point to design sculptural lamps, basic and accessible construction materials are transformed into unique design pieces in an attempt to question the morphology of things around us and the relationship between those things and their context.

The “Cornice Supreme” lamp collection, together with the “Bricomart Supreme” Vases, is part of an on-going project about understanding the object as a process of ordering and fixation, which takes previously manufactured objects, separated from its original function, to be used as a raw material in new constructions.
