SESTRA makes collectible objects and furniture for everyday life, built on research into domesticity and care. Wellness has made emotional care look calm and obligatory. Home is where we meet our most vulnerable selves and where the work actually happens. Healing is never clean, and it begins at home. Each object represents what the research found, serving as a knowledge base and a design item.
