Mateusz Wappa (born in 1999 in Warsaw) is a multidisciplinary designer and artist focused on exploring the relationship between people and nature as well as searching for the perfect ethos for his artistic practice. Son of a master florist – his mother, former disciple and a follower of two renowned designers: Tomek Rygalik and Marcin Rusak. He considers them both as his mentors. His work is deeply rooted in the use of raw, organic materials – such as leaves, twigs, and herbs – integrating them directly into the heart of each piece. Committed to the principles of responsible design, Mateusz and his team create handcrafted pieces that are purposefully functional while remaining true works of art.
