Porous, floating, glowing from within — the Alherd Pendant Lamp is less a fixture and more a hovering presence. Like a mineral caught midair, or a soft echo of sunlight stretched across a space.
The Alherd lamp was developed at the intersection of code, matter, and nature. It didn’t begin with a drawing, but with a question:
How can light feel like erosion? Like coral? Like something shaped by time rather than intention?
At YET:FAB, we don’t just design objects — we grow them. The Alherd collection is the result of that slow, generative process. Each lamp is made not simply to illuminate, but to soften, to float, to reframe how light lives in space.
The Alherd Pendant Lamp is a sculptural lighting element, suspended above surfaces like a quiet bridge between atmosphere and architecture. Inspired by coral formations and erosion patterns, its form is digitally grown, 3D printed, and hand-finished in our studio in Tel Aviv.
The body is printed in a translucent polymer and available in two finishes:
Gradient Pitch — fading from deep amber to milky white — or a fully Transparent version.
Inside, an integrated LED tube runs the length of the form, casting a soft and efficient ambient glow, ideal for dining areas, workspaces, or any environment seeking quiet focus.
Held by two minimal cables, the pendant floats without heaviness.
A suspended trace of presence.
A held breath of light.
