Description

The Drago Bianco takes inspiration from the drug pots produced in Castelli belonging to the Orsini-Colonna collection. These vessels would have been used by an apothecary to store herbal syrups. This six-dragon-head ceramic is a reinterpretation of the original pot which was specially designed for the wedding trousseau. The vase is hand-thrown and the heads are molded by hand and the original decor has been whited out.
