About Sara Sjöbäck Visit Showroom →

Sara Sjöbäck is a Swedish art studio dedicated to site-specific processes and creating objects that engage with public spaces and movement. With a strong foundation in material research and user-centric design, the studio’s work reflects a deep curiosity about surroundings and the dynamic interplay between people and space. Drawing inspiration from heavy industry, Sjöbäck’s creations explore sculptural functionality, often culminating in large-scale spatial installations. Each project is guided by thorough research, whether it’s understanding the user’s perspective, responding to the unique characteristics of a site, or experimenting with materials. The result is a portfolio of thought-provoking designs that connect art, functionality, and environment in meaningful ways.
