Within the world of pottery, the evolution from traditional craftsmanship to digital creation signifies a profound departure in technique and the conceptual foundation of the craft itself. Designer Jean-Baptiste Castel plays with the tension between craft and automation through the construction of a series of vases built using the material qualities of CGI.
