Description

This teapot is dedicated to Yogesh Dhokia, my first employer in London and someone I consider to be one of my greatest mentors in design.
Every afternoon, at 5 o’clock sharp, in the Norman Glenn showroom on Finchley Road, everything would come to a halt to make way for the daily tea ritual.
We would all gather around Yogesh’s desk to sip a cup of tea prepared according to a now-legendary recipe nicknamed the Norman Glenn Blend: one Earl Grey tea bag and two PG Tips. It was a moment of relaxation and togetherness where conversations flowed as effortlessly as the freshly poured tea.
This teapot was inspired by memories of those afternoons and is an invitation to pause and share a cup of tea, because even a small, everyday gesture of care can forge a bond that lasts a lifetime.
