“ÄTHER” addresses the ideas of the object, of collecting, storing and preserving, as inspired by the cabinets of curiosities of the Italian Renaissance. Placed inside a specimen bell jar, the fluorescent light arrangement is guided from the aesthetics of preservation spaces, such as laboratories.

Her engineered physical structures breathe the old heritage of vast megalopolises and forgotten factory sites, creating a tension between the inside and outside to provide gateways into other spheres. The experienced realities take the audience through levels of intimacy and creative thrill by stimulating visionary imaginations.
