Sergio’s inspiration for this art piece chair stems from the desire for a supportive and comforting piece that stand out in a dining room composition. In this chair, a bridge was purposely created between curved and straight lines to create a totally original chair.

He has been working in different countries around the world, like Chi- na, Índia, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal, collecting experi- ences and knowledge that shaped his artistic vision from an ear- ly age. Now, he lives and works in Lisbon. One of his work’s priorities is the search for the expressive lan- guage of objects, creating emotions in those who see and feel his pieces. His artistic vision is printed on each piece of Dovain Studio bringing art, decoration and design, all together within the context of contemporary design culture.
