Biography |
Romain Basile Petrot (1995) is an independent designer and architect based in Paris, working across both spatial and object design.
A graduate in Architecture with training at the prestigious Studio KO, he has since established his own creative practice, focusing on various projects that reflect his keen understanding of form, composition, and materiality.
His approach centers on material experimentation, driven by a sensitive, narrative-based design process. He views his objects as architecture, as buildings in which invisible forces are at play and shape radical geometries. By working with metal sheets, he explores the material’s physical properties, using them to craft expressive objects infused with abstraction.
