We are based in the Mediterranean basin, and we work mainly with the know-how specific to this region. We design objects for the home based on what we find outside. We draw a lot of our inspiration from the moods and landscapes around the Mediterranean. Our creations explore the emotion and dreaminess of these sensitive observations, which we’d like to share with you. Established around the Mediterranean basin, we mainly work with the know-how specific to this region. The human hand and the way it transforms matter is at the heart of our thinking. We therefore favor short circuits. We produce our works mainly in France. Also, painting and drawing are means of expression that we’ve both practiced since childhood. They are part of our creative process. That’s why each collection is often associated with hangings, paintings or drawings. Finally, Maison Cédrat is the union of Alix and Pierre. Alix trained in object and space design. Pierre has a background in textile design.
