Description

Born from a fascination with marine creatures and glass-forming research and experimentation, Nudi Brown by Whymsicals is the second in the Nudi series, exploring the overlapping of glass in space with reflections and refractions of color. The composition displays complete freedom to the glass petal-like edges, creating an illusion of frozen motion in space. Nudi Brown functions as a mirror and light feature.

About Whymsicals Visit Showroom →

Whymsicals is a glass research studio and fabrication lab that pushes the boundaries of the material through technical and conceptual experimentation in the scale of architecture, art and design. Through research on natural growth, material prototyping and interdisciplinary collaboration, glass creations express motion and respond to their context through form, color and composition. Founded by Raghad AlAli, an architect, designer and glass artist, drawing inspiration from structures of nature through material research and digital fabrication.
