Description

The CANTO collection, meticulously crafted in São Paulo, Brazil, stands as a testament to the precision and simplicity of modern design. This series is constructed using 38 x 38 mm aluminum angles and 3 mm-thick aluminum plates. These elements seamlessly come together through expertly welded angles and securely screwed plates to form the foundation of each piece. Moreover, each leg of the furniture is equipped with rubber discs, ensuring gentle placement on any flooring.

Within the diverse CANTO series, you’ll find chairs, tables of varying dimensions, and stools available in multiple heights, all reflecting the vision of Designer Luiz Solano. One noteworthy piece is this CANTO Stool 2020 from the CLUB line.

A distinguishing feature of the CANTO collection is its anodization process applied to the aluminum sheets. This electrochemical technique forms a protective oxide layer on the metal, ensuring stabilization, shielding from external elements, and electrical insulation. While this process might occasionally leave faint patterned imprints on the metal sheet, it’s a small testament to the handcrafted nature of each piece. Furthermore, the profiles in the CANTO series, though expertly welded, retain their natural finish without additional treatments. This handcrafting process can sometimes result in minor scratches on both the aluminum sheets and profiles, a characteristic that requires a degree of understanding and appreciation for the artisanal nature of the product. To maintain the pristine condition of these pieces, a gentle cleanse with a soft cloth, neutral soap, and water is recommended.

CANTO series aluminum sheets are anodized.
