Vittoria is a design object difficult to define; in between a piece of furniture and a small room, an unusual changing cabinet.
In the shape and in my imagination it reminds me of a winged Nike, which is then the reason of its name.
My Nike though, it’s not carved in marble, it’s light, made of a thin steel fabric fringed by lots of Bic pens. Some threads, like ink, become phrases like; “I can fly away“ to enlight the function of your own room a space
to undress and to fell free and restore your own balance, necessary to be creative. Vittoria is made of a crinoline structure in steel
covered with the steel fabric. The fringe is made of 170 cotton blu threads and 400 empty Bic pens. The threads, that resemble ink, write phrases at the bottom of the fringe.
