Description

The CANTO series by Luiz Solano consists of pieces made from 3 mm thick brushed and anodized aluminum angles and plates. The angles are welded, the plates are screwed onto the structure, and rubber discs are fixed under the legs to adapt to the floor.

Suitable for: Indoor and outdoor environments

1.0 Occasionally, anodization results in slight, patterned marks on the plate.
1.1 Both aluminum plates and profiles, regardless of treatment, are susceptible to scratches. Some pieces may arrive scratched from manufacturing, requiring a certain degree of tolerance.
1.2 Cleaning should be done with a soft cloth, water, and neutral soap.

About Luiz Solano Visit Showroom →

Luiz Solano, born in São Paulo in 1995, is an architect who graduated from Escola da Cidade in 2018. In 2019, he co-founded Clube alongside Gabriel Biselli. At Clube, Solano spearheaded various architecture and furniture projects. Their collaborative efforts garnered accolades in architectural competitions, found mentions in independent magazines, and were showcased in exhibitions both in Brazil and internationally. The duo also organized a series of lectures, exhibitions, and workshops featuring architects from Brazil and around the world. In July 2022, Luiz Solano established his own architecture firm based in São Paulo, Brazil. Situated in Campos Elíseos, the firm is adjacent to the factory where the pieces are crafted. Beyond furniture production, the firm is committed to architectural projects and hosting events that foster discussions on architecture and design disciplines. Within the firm's premises, which also houses a showroom displaying available furniture, three events have been hosted since its inception: a collective art exhibition and two furniture exhibitions featuring guest offices.
