Cadere is a modular chandelier composed of identical, translucent porcelain elements. Arranged in a circular suspension, its volume emerges from the repetition of a single, simple form – a quiet study in rhythm and structure.
Hovering between system and gravity, Cadere becomes a gentle choreography of light, color, and form. The hanging elements, each casting a warm, focused glow, recall the intimacy of candlelight. Together they gather into a luminous constellation, expanding upward toward the ceiling – as if the light itself were ascending.
The chandelier carries echoes of grand hotel lobbies and sacred church interiors, where light signifies both invitation and reverence. Yet *Cadere* interprets this tradition with restraint: instead of opulence, it offers quiet dignity; instead of spectacle, a meditative stillness.
Because of its modular nature, Cadere can be configured in different sizes – with 6, 25, or 35 porcelain cones – adapting its presence from an intimate light object to a grand, atmospheric centerpiece.
Each cone is handcrafted in Vienna, Austria, its delicate translucency revealing subtle variations in tone and texture. In repetition, these handmade elements speak of both individuality and unity – a reminder that light, like community, gains strength through gathering.
