Ceramic art and custom high temperature handmade objects ------------------------------------------------------- Lorena Vanzetti (b.1988) Studio based in Cordoba Argentina, focuses on the creation of unique and handmade ceramic objects, for spaces with personality and a great imprint of interior design. We create using conventional techniques and materials but giving distinctive marks to the objects that leave our studio. The studio is turning into a space to explore sculptural pieces that reflect the research to take materiality beyong creative and volumetric limits, resulting in strong, hand-made objects with a unique imprint and many hidden details. About me: Im Lorena and I started my ceramic studies at 2015 with private teachers to later continue on a self-taught path, mainly working on commissions for tableware objects and art pieces. At 2018 i got into the practice of pottery wheel and began to experiment with high-temperature stoneware that gave me a new universe of exploration ideal for artistic production. In november 2022 i present my first solo exhibition called Alter Ego which allowed me to show the public my artistic side. I currently develop special tableware for gastronomic projects, unique interior design pieces for brands and articulate it with sculptural pieces.
