A unique collectible object.
The INVADER object is part of the Floral Creatures collector’s collection, which was created as a diploma thesis in the glass studio at UMPRUM. The experimental object works in a novel way with a combination of glass and flowers. Biological experiments and mutations of nature are more and more frequent. With my objects, I deliberately try to break out of the stereotype of using and creating glass connections and objects and handling a flower. I am concerned with a higher than just the aesthetic function of the vase and the flower. In their work, they follow the work of art nouveau glassmakers and the works of the botanist and glass artist Émile Gallé.
Realization in the glass studio of Martin Štefánek, Desná, Czech Republic.
