It’s a way of valuing the work of those who produced these rugs—both by giving the cut-out parts a continuity of use and by bringing a new look to the quality of the work there. By using small cut-outs of these rugs, it’s possible to see details and designs that go unnoticed when looking at larger pieces.
True to the brand’s aesthetic, the bag handles are manually modelled in clay before being cast in aluminium or bronze. This meticulous process allows unexpected and welcome surprises in the final product.
