This candleholder by Vilius Dringelis is made based on innovative, modern digital technology and deep knowledge of the craft. The artist in the creative process and in the structures of objects uses the forms of foil prints, which he randomly finds and imprints in the city or household. According to this principle, existing objects are transformed and rearranged into new design elements. Later, innovative technologies are combined with various materials to create exclusive collectible design items that become original interior accents with unique stories.
Inspired by the foil of a discarded and found kebab wrapper, with which the Brussels sign was stamped in the prestigious European Quarter, Rue Belliard, next to the European Parliament.
Please note that it is recommended to use candles with a thickness of 5 mm. The aluminium material of the candleholder is pewtered.
