Mark Malecki viewed himself as a craftsman, not as a designer. That was until the objects he constructs, most notably knives and furniture, started being viewed and admired among designers in magazines and galleries. Now, the title “designer” is undeniable.
Malecki creates postmodern furniture that welds together functional and experimental design, building an unconventional process that produces beautiful, surreal products.
