Coming to life through Hulya Oz’s architectural and aesthetic touch, ZOYA Istanbul with its unique balance and stories attached, finds us with the creative claim of maturing over the years. As the founder and designer of the brand ZOYA Istanbul, Oz’s intention with her first collection ‘Geometry of the Universe’ is to appeal to women who value independence.
At the core of her designs there is a common geometrical language that has been based on different geographies of the world, mainly Turkey, Anatolia. Each and every design is formed with Oz’s experiences, emotions and her excitement of expression.

Oz states, “My decision making process as I was choosing a time period and a visual representation for my collection was not formed by a longing for the past but was rather reinforced by my desire to carry on the wisdom of then to the now, and translate it to the future. Cultural profundity, underlining wisdom and aiming to remove degeneration between generations… ‘Arch of Sinan’ is a collection about understanding these notions and depicting them to those who are interested…’’
