For 3daysofdesign, ADORNO partners with Bird—Copenhagen’s award-winning cocktail destination—to create an unprecedented sensory experience. Together, they present three bottled cocktails inspired by Persona, ADORNO’s immersive exhibition exploring the archetypes that define us.

Three Personas, Three Expressions
At Bird’s newest location on Store Kongensgade 30, each evening reveals a carefully curated trinity: cocktails embodying The Perfectionist, The Eccentric, and The Romantic. These aren’t merely drinks—they’re liquid translations of human complexity, designed to mirror the emotional landscapes and sensory signatures of each archetype.
Bird’s creative team approached each cocktail as a character study, translating the nuanced differences between structure, expression, and intimacy into flavor profiles that speak to something deeper than taste alone.
“We wanted to mirror the complexity of these characters through flavor. Balance, clarity, and personality were our guiding principles,”
explains Peter Altenburg, Bird’s co-founder.
The Experience
The cocktail flight arrives with its own narrative—a dedicated menu that unveils the essence of each archetype. Throughout 3daysofdesign, guests can savor these liquid personas against Bird’s signature backdrop of vinyl crackle and clean acoustics, or encounter them at the Persona exhibition previews at Frederiksgade 1, where curated bottle service elevates the experience.
Bird’s philosophy of minimal preparation meets maximum impact shines through each bottle. “The key is minimal preparation without compromising flavor. We bottle everything to ensure the balance is precise—aromatic, clean, and consistently excellent,” Peter notes.
Beyond the Glass
This collaboration reflects Bird’s evolution as pioneers of modern cocktail culture—champions of spirits-forward clarity, reduced sugar profiles, and locally sourced ingredients. Their approach mirrors the growing movement toward restraint and depth over flash and sweetness.
Persona becomes more than an exhibition; it transforms into a multi-sensory journey where narrative architecture meets liquid poetry, and design philosophy distills into something you can taste, hold, and experience.
