This brass patina console table by Ombia Studio is inspired by the Muisca indigenous tribe based in the Altiplano Cundiboyacense region in Colombia. They were known for their advanced metalworking skills and are famous for the legend El Dorado, involving the offering of gold in a lake.
This console table is inspired by the pre-Colombian jewelry and gold ornaments the Muisca Indigenous group specialized in. It is an homage to the craftsmanship of my country and the objects I experienced growing up.
Carefully handmade to order, natural variations may occur. Customization upon request.
