Description

This Murano glass vessel represents a pure spherical concavity. It is combined with its rough and primitive borders, thus conferring a genuine product, where the hand-cutting of its shapes makes each piece unique and eclectic. Its rough finish is left as an imprint of the manufacturing process.
Its half-sphere shape turns the piece into a slightly wobbly element, providing a point of interaction with it. It can also be used as a plate for food.

The plate can be purchased with a matching pair of utensils; A symbolic response to conventional cutlery. Formally reinterpreted with the purpose of constructing new silhouettes with sinuous curves that are appealing to the touch.
