Description

“Obreras” (Spanish word for female construction workers) is a collection of vases made out of construction waste found on the streets.

The plant that is born out of rubble. The apparently fragile overcomes the unbreakable. Why is a vase associated with the feminine? Why is the construction work to the masculine? From this context, we bring materials and objects from the construction sites, cold and anodyne, to the opposite, the warm and affectionate world of the vase. We propose a turn of the screw by completely changing the default use of construction materials.

About todo to do Visit Showroom →

Todo to do is a common project from Elena and Selina Feduchi. We are sisters and have been working together in this project since 2018. Todo to do reflects our way of thinking and what we believe in. "Todo" in Spanish means "everything", combined with the verb "to do" we make a pun (wordplay) since we defend the idea that: "everything is done, but at the same time everything remains to be done." When we talk about todo to do, we talk about sustainability and reuse of materials. We work mainly through the observation of things that are interesting for us. Rather than focusing on its design, we are interested in the everyday life of the objects and the people around them.
