Benjamin Nordsmark created the Kado Bench to develop a concept for a bench in which leftover larch boards from Genbyg could be optimized in a simple design. The boards’ length and width helped define the bench’s dimensions, and the design language arose from a desire to make divisions that separate seats from legs. The seating surface consists of residual materials from Forescolor and can also be found in ten different color combinations.
The bench can be ordered in a wide variation of materials and colors. The recommended color combination is the one seen with Lark wood and yellow seats.
