Justyna Szymańska is a textile artist who explores the intersection of design and fine art.

The compositions are swiftly assembled to capture the fluid rhythm of the hand, using a digital brush. She crafts landscapes with expressive gestures that form sharp, angular shapes, initially harsh and rigid. These shapes are later softened and rounded through the tactile medium of thread, in dynamic interplay between technology and the handcrafted warmth of the manual process it entails.

Each piece is meticulously handcrafted from pure wool, with a hemp backing, can be used as a rug displayed on either the floor or the wall.
