Biography | Nicholas Devlin is a sculptor and furniture maker based in Brooklyn, New York. Devlin’s work explores ideas of ‘home’ and domesticity from an experimental and queer perspective that aims to play with your senses and subconscious, our shared cultural nostalgia, and imagined futures. He has been featured in Clever, Architectural Digest, Sight Unseen, Pink Essay and exhibited at Superhouse Gallery in their show Supergroup 2 and at IRL Gallery in their Remember to Keep Looking show. Before starting his own practice in 2021, he spent time working in architecture in New York and on various urban planning and design projects.
