Studio Kali’s product collection specifically comes to life at the boundaries of craft, art and modern design, having a strong focus on craftsmanship, sustainability and timelessness. Produced in small batches and handmade by skilled craftsman, the products in the collection aim to reinterpret traditional craft techniques with a modern aesthetic, in order to carry their wisdom and sensibilities to contemporary life. The products utilize natural materials like wood, metal, wool, and are designed with a deep appreciation for art, craft and nature, often reflecting inspirations coming from the Mediterranean spirit and geography. By focusing on products at the intersection of craft production and modern design, Studio Kali aims to support cultural heritage, craft traditions and local industry, while using design as a bridge between the past and present.
The rich cultural and geographical heritage of Turkey is deeply woven into designer Fulden Topaloğlu's design philosophy.
