Diego Olivero Studio collaborates with artisans across the world to bring handcrafted sustainable design to global retailers. The Studio’s projects include a wide variety of home furnishings, innovative spaces for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects, and sculptural installation pieces.
With more than ten years of experience working with handcrafted techniques and establishing relationships with global artisans, Diego Olivero Studio has successfully launched product collections celebrating the people, the place, and the process. Collaborating with artisans in Mexico, Guatemala, India, Honduras, Philippines, and Peru, among others in mixed techniques, such as blown glass, metalwork, woodwork, paper mache, ceramics, and stone, Diego Olivero Studio weaves connections between the people, the place, and the process.
The Studio also has vast experience in architectural, interior design, and installation projects in Guatemala, Venezuela, Miami, Brazil, Honduras, Panama, and the UK. Sustainability is important to Diego Olivero Studio’s practice. The Studio honors traditional techniques and preserves them to generate sustainable income for craftspeople around the globe and helps to maintain traditions alive. By working with certified vendors, Diego Olivero Studio ensures the artisans' well-being and fair trade practices are met throughout the supply chain.
