Alice Reina is a designer and porcelain artist holding a degree in Architecture from Turin Polytechnic University.
Porcelain entered her life in 2015, thanks to a short but life changing workshop. Shortly after she founded BIANCODIOCHINA: a contemporary porcelain studio working at the boundaries between design, craftsmanship and art.

Hers research investigates the theme of fragility, its multiple aspects and the way in which its perception modifies our daily gestures. Her work is inspired by two continuous flows: on one hand, the intelligence of plants and their harmonious and resilient behaviour; on the other hand, literature, which gifts me with words and concepts that I then turn them into form and matter.

Hers creations include both functional porcelain in limited series and one-of-a kind pieces.
