This pendant uses a low-watt LED light, delivering exceptional longevity of up to 18 years while reducing energy consumption by 90%. Its thoughtful design combines a hand-forged brass disc with a hammered finish, a delicate handmade porcelain globe, and a rayon-sheathed cable for an elegant, modern touch.

Isabel Moncada is a Mexican designer and artist who specializes in the design of lighting and utilitarian art made in her own workshop in Mexico. Through exploring and finessing traditional manufacturing techniques, Isabel has developed her own mechanisms and transformed materials to develop her designs and engrave her personal style.

Isabel Moncada is a Mexican designer who specializes in the design of lighting fixtures made in her own workshop in Mexico. For more than 30 years she has explored and implemented ancient techniques of artisan manufacturing, developing different crafts, inventing mechanisms and transforming materials to improve the performance, quality and design of her pieces. She began to venture into the art world in the 1990s. While working for some established sculptors in Guadalajara, she set up her own studio at home and began to approach design with an artistic style that evolved into engineering, mechanics and 3D modeling.
