Dogi is inspired by the traditional Venetian mirrors produced over the centuries in Murano. The piece offers a contemporary interpretation of this tradition preserving the traits of refinement and uniqueness that distinguish it.
The mirror surface is silvered following the traditional process still used on Murano island. Glass dots and rods are handmade in glass.
Each decoration is applied one by one by skilled craftsmen, in a range of different colors and gradients.
Its frame is crafted of hand-worked glass with an elliptical shape marked by a stunning blue color. Three glass dots punctuate the bottom, while a multitude of the same amber-colored accents fill the top, accompanied with brown and pale blue ones.
